Sullivan County ECD 911 will receive qualifications from Architectural and Engineering (A/E) firms for a new Sullivan County Emergency Communications Facility.

Sullivan County ECD 911 RFQ for Communications Facility
An authorized representative of Sullivan County ECD 911 will receive RFQs until 1:00 p.m. (eastern time), Wednesday, April 23, 2025. Qualifications received after this deadline will not be accepted. Please refer to the RFQ for delivery information.
Submittal envelopes shall clearly indicate “RFQ 2025 Sullivan County Emergency Communications Facility.”
